Today we have A/Prof Sebastian (Bazz) King on the show! Bazz is an academic paediatric surgeon at the Royal Children’s Hospital, in Melbourne Australia. He’s also the director of the Colorectal and Pelvic Reconstruction Service at the Royal Children’s Hospital and co-leader of the Surgical Research group at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute.
Bazz shares his thoughts on being a leader for different groups of people and how he has grown into his leadership roles
